Refund & Transfer Policy

Refunds

PierParkVacationRentals.com will issue a full refund to Customers that request a refund within the first 60 days of their initial listing. No refunds are granted for requests received after 60 days. Renewals are not eligible for a refund.

Transfers

If a listed property has been sold, Customers may transfer their listing to the new Owner; no other transfers are permitted.

Requesting a Refund or Transfer

Requests for a refund or transfer may be made via email to Chase.ppvr@gmail.com

All requests for a refund or transfer must include the following:

  1. Your name as listed on the account.
  2. The email address used when you created the account.
  3. A current telephone number to verify the request.
  4. The property ID of your Listing.
  5. All contact information for the new Owner (transfer only).
